Hélène at the age of 60 plus can hear
Twinkle Twinkle sounds in her ear
Thus this comes every now and then
Feels like she’s hearing the sounds of a hen

She says: “Distinctly this code comes to me
It’s like it’s sending a note so discreetly
I think the message is saying take care
Of your body, mind, spirit and soul affair

When we reach what is called middle age
Twinkles and wrinkles show up causing rage
Oh well it’s all par of the retirement course
You should no longer feel like a working horse

Twinkle Twinkles resound in her ear
It’s o.k. it has a code for an elderly so dear
Right now it’s telling her to go and rest
As her life promises to be her very best

So on that note she hears quite a few twinkle twinkles
Saying smile wholeheartedly showing your few wrinkles
And trust in your new life of entertaining
With autobiographic poems so befitting.
